Milk paint demo in Kakabeka Falls

Milk paint demos at My Painted Door

This demo is full. Please watch for additional demos I will offer in the future.

Want to learn more about milk paint? This demonstration will be covering everything you ever wanted to know about milk paint but were afraid to ask. How to mix the paint, when to use Exra Bond, how to achieve a variety of looks with milk paint and whatever else you need to know to get you started creating custom furniture and other projects of your own.

I will have a variety of finished pieces on display and will also have milk paint products for sale after the demonstration. (I only accept cash or cheque). Of course the folks at the Metropolitan Moose accept the usual …cash, debit or credit card.

I will also be having a giveaway for one lucky person with enough products to get you started!

The demonstration is at 7:00, but Steve and Julie at the Moose are open all day until 7:00 and then they are turning over their space to us. So, if you really want to have an evening out, you could have dinner there first! (Yes, a ruthless plug for my friends.)

You must pre-register for the demonstration, as seating is limited. The fee is $5 and includes a cappuccino, latte or tea and a delicious dessert. The fee will be collected the night of the demo.

I will send you an email confirmation that I have reserved a spot for you. I will also send you a reminder email prior to May 22nd.

If for some reason you must cancel, I would appreciate if you would notify me as soon as possible so I can try to fill your space.

Directions to the Metropolitan Moose - I would imagine everyone knows where Kakabeka Falls is. If you are driving westbound on Hwy 11-17, the Metropolitan Moose is located right in the village. It is on the north side (right hand side) of Hwy 11-17 just past the hotel. It is the adorable log cabin.
