Milk paint workshops in Kakabeka Falls and save the date for our Hurkett workshop

Karen and I have been brainstorming like crazy! We've come up with 9 new projects for our Fall and Christmas workshops. I have just finished placing orders for all of our supplies and I can't wait for everything to arrive. It's going to be like Christmas around here! Once we unpack everything, we will be painting and taking photos to get this seasons workshops ready to share with you.

In the meantime, so many of you have been asking to come and play with milk paint. So in the next couple weeks, we are offering two of our most popular workshops from last season.

SAVE THE DATE for hurkett!

Kirsten Spence has invited Karen and I back to the Hurkett Community Centre to host another workshop. I guess we behaved last time! Karen taught the workshop and I just socialized and helped out a little here and there. That's how I roll.  Just kidding! Karen is so wonderful at teaching and truth be told, I would be a nervous wreck in front of such a large group. Trust me, I was fumbling my words just trying to introduce myself to everyone.

This was the group last time. Yikes, that's a lot of ladies!

So, save the date 'cause we're coming back to Hurkett on Sunday, October 29th. We're going to be painting a snowman that Karen and I just finished designing. He's going to be super adorable! Our plans have been sent to our carpenter pal and to our laser cutting guy and as soon as we receive our wood pieces, we will paint a snowman to share with you. Please watch for a blog update with photos and registration details.
